Jaime’s career path is anything but ordinary.

She began honing her leadership skills early at the U.S. Air Force Academy, where she developed the discipline, analytical thinking, and problem-solving mindset that would later define her approach to lifecycle marketing. Majoring in clinical psychology, she gained a deep understanding of human behavior—insights that now drive her approach to marketing psychology, customer segmentation, and behavioral-driven engagement strategies.

As an occupational analyst in the U.S. Air Force, she sharpened her ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and turn insights into action.
